Benedetta, a renowned Italian yoga teacher, deepens your understanding of yoga and Riina, a former ballet dancer, opens up the mind-body connection. Meditate and breath with like-minded group in this privately owned countryside villa with breathtaking views. You will be served retreat tailored, organic food and wine by Eva, a local restaurant owner. All this combined with inspiring discussions over lunch and dinner.
